Henson trust

Protect your loved ones.

A regular testamentary trust may let you set aside funds and name a trusted individual to take care of your disabled child’s financial needs. However, if your child would otherwise qualify for provincial disability support, these funds may jeopardize the child’s eligibility for this support. In some provinces, you may be able to leave signicant funds in a testamentary Henson trust and still allow your disabled beneciary to qualify for provincial disability support.
