Prior to founding CorpMed Legal, Mtre Line Chami worked as a tax, corporate and transactional lawyer for healthcare professionals and small to medium sized entreprises.
She has created corporate structures for hundreds of medical professionals and successfully represented many physicians and dentists with the sale or purchase of their practices. She works closely with multiple medical associations as well as financial institutions.
She is dedicated to offering advanced tax saving strategies to her clients, as well as assisting them with all their corporate and commercial legal needs. Mtre Chami also specializes in estate planning and cross-border matters.
